Any author’s economic and moral rights to any elements of the Website (textual, graphical, layout, etc.) shall be reserved.The Website and all its elements shall be protected pursuant to provisions of the law and particularly provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994 (final text Dz. Noclaf Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for wording of the announcements and external information published on the Website.Users of the Website shall not provide unlawful content. Information available through the Website, software and applications accessible through web pages may be updated with a delay.Noclaf Sp. z o.o. shall be liable for errors and mistakes on the Website as well as in applications and software. The information presented through the Website, software and applications shall not be deemed an offer within the meaning of article 66, 661 and other articles of the Civil Code.
Under constant improvement of products in line with the market and legal requirements, Noclaf Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to introduce, at any time, structural improvements in terms of the offered furniture, without changing its general purpose.Published furniture dimensions may be slightly altered.Any published dimensions are external (allowing for copings).All furniture is sold in cardboard boxes ready for installation (fully assembled).The colours presented on the web site may differ from the actual ones due to photography technology limitations or your display settings. The prices quoted on the Website represent prices suggested by the manufacturer.The prices do not include decorative elements in the pictures.
